    Hi Alicia:

Good stuff. Getting foundations in place in so needful – thanks for sharing your wisdom.

  2. Eric Walker says:

    Hi Alicia,

I got the 7% and then some. I really liked the way you presented the information. Very clear, thorough and easy to understand about the idea of campaigning. I’m glad you distinguished the difference between a campaign and a promotion. I also like the way in which you’re transparent about what your doing, why you’re doing it and how we (the viewer) can do it too.

You have my attention here, and I’m now hooked for the remainder of the series. I’m enjoying this training. Looking forward the sales video training.

    Eric

    Hi Curt,

I have the utmost respect for you and sincerely appreciate your comments. Thank YOU for sharing your wisdom to me in my early days. Your personal coaching was fabulous and really did help me to ‘see the light’.

    Blessings to you,

    Alicia

  4. Alicia Bausley says:

    Dear Eric,

Thank you for the feedback! As you know, there is SO much to learn in this industry and we must definitely make a commitment to be good students (study, focus, implement) and then learn from our mistakes and improve with time. This is hard for me (the mistakes!), but I’m always thankful for the challenges and how it makes me grow. Lisa and I are pleased to know this training is helpful to you. We are thankful for your comments and taking the time to be here with us.

    Your friend,

    Alicia

  5. Eric Walker says:

    @Alicia,

It’s my pleasure to “be here” which is to say that the way you’re providing information is very easy to digest. I understand the concepts, but I like the way you’re explaining them. It’s sinking in even more.

I’m not seeing any mistakes Alicia. I’m seeing “you.” That’s attractive. And just like you said in your video, doing so is allowing all of us to make a better connection with you.

I think there is a lot others can learn from not only the information you’re providing, but how your campaign is set up – even the small details like the way you’re implementing the video.

    Eric

P.S. I think it’s a testimony to you and Lisa that the ONE person who gave constructive criticism felt comfortable doing so – that says a lot about how you two provide a safe place for training. I think it says even more about how elegantly you handled it.

  6. Alicia Bausley says:

    Dear Eric,

    Thank you!!

    Alicia

  7. Roy Cobb says:

    Hi Alicia.

I have read, seen and retained all e-mails, e-books and videos you and Lisa have produced and I always feel very confident in your sincere and trustful presentations that I’m receiving the very best training possible. I have certainly read and seen other presentations by some biggies in the business but I am always drawn to EBE.

Alicia, don’t get overly concerned about the constructive comment on your presentation being to long. I felt that way too upon my initial review; however, I’ve decided it’s a guy thing. You know, just zip on to the facts and never mind all the rest. But the longer I considered the over all process, I feel it’s best to stay as you are in the video. Do agree on showing your hands to help make factual points or whatever your comfortable with in your presentation.

Keep going ladies, you two hit my attention button and that’s not easy to do!

    Roy

P.S. Haven’t seen anything about an EBE Live Summit. What’s up with that?

  8. Hi Alicia,

Thank you for what you are doing! Yes, it is overwhelming when you add this to your BUSY daily lives. And yes it does take commitment.

You and Lisa have been there for me and you both make it so plain. I have trouble combining what I want and need to do for myself along with keeping my 92 year old mother happy and comfortable. It takes me longer than most to pick up on the ideas and implement them because I can’t focus clearly as I am preoccupied with mom.

I will keep plugging along though, I won’t give up. I am blessed to have you as a sponsor who is so patient and kind with me.

Thank you for the clear picture that you painted for me today.

    Donna G. Harris

P.S. I also saw you today on the video of Eli Drake. You were beautiful as usual and full of excitement. It is catchy…..your enthusiasm has got me all filled with joy…you actually have me believing that I too can do this.

  9. Alicia Bausley says:

    Hi Roy,

Wow…we are so flattered! Thank you for believing in us! I’m aware that most people want a video only 2 minutes long. But I produced these videos for people who really want to be trained. And I can’t train and teach in 2.5 minutes! So, I’d prefer to give as much information as possible to give you everything I can think of to help you be successful. Those who really and truly want the free training, want to learn, know it takes time to study and implement….and they (YOU!) will stay on and watch! I do all of this with my whole heart and complete sincerity. Thank you so much for commenting – it really is important to us. To answer your P.S. the EBE Live Summit is our first ever event which we have been working on for more than 6 months. Keep your eye on the next few videos to learn more!

    Warm regards,

    Alicia

  10. Alicia Bausley says:

    Hi Donna,

Thank you and thank you again! This is what I LOVE about ‘community’. We are here to help support each other. I totally understand your situation. I too, have been engrossed in concern and caring for my dad and grandpa, both who have been hospitalized recently. It’s easy to get distracted from work, when serious family matters arise. But I believe our family is our priority and I’ve always thought you are doing exactly what you need to be doing. Caring for your mother is a wonderful, kind, and very generous act of love. Keep ‘plugging’ along…we are all in this together!

    Sending love,

    Alicia

  11. David Warner says:

    Alicia,
Thanks so much. I recived this information just in time to help me to understand campaigning in a much better way. I will look at this video again to make sure that I have it down pat( old saying). I look to seeing and hearing more of what you ladies do. After having you lay more concrete on campaigning my be,do, have is moving higher.

Thanks for all you are doing,

    David Warner

  12. Ligia says:

    Alicia,
Wow! That’s what a campaign is! You make it sound so easy. I’m getting excite about it. But how would it differ from an auto-responder?

    Thanks!

    Ligia (Alves) Fleckenstein

  13. Larry Nash says:

    Alicia,

When I first started my career as an online marketer April of last year, you and Lisa are two of the reasons why I became an became and matured as an Empowered Business Entrepreneur. After initially learning from the likes of Mike Dillard, Mike Klingler and Ann Sieg, I built on those foundations that I learned from them and continued my online learning experience by joining your mentorship program. This is how I’ve become an Empowered Business Builder, because of you and Lisa! I am so hungry for more of the “value” that you and Lisa consistently bring to the education table. I want to “eat” until I am satisfied, digest and come back for more! Keep serving it up!

May God Continue To Bless Both of Your Families Always!

    Larry Nash

  14. Alicia Bausley says:

    Hi David,

You are so welcome! Thank you for taking the time to place your comments. It is so appreciated!

    Warm regards,

    Alicia

  15. Alicia Bausley says:

    Hi Ligia,

Great to see you again! To address your question…you would use an autoresponder to distribute your campaign (your series of emails, videos, audios). Hope that helps clarify! Creating a campaign (a series of strategic messages) is easy. When writing a campaign, I outliine my messages one after another as if I was telling a story. The goals is to create value for your audience and address their problem with your solution by the end of the campaign. We’ll be teaching more on this! Keep watching!

    Warm regards,

    Alicia

  16. Ligia says:

So, when someone clicks in your opt in, you should already have a campaign ready in your auto-responder?

    Thanks,

    Ligia

  17. Alicia Bausley says:

    Hi Ligia,

You could have a campaign in there, but I’d recommend giving value first and then leading to a product campaign. You can also set up campaigns intermittently throughout the year. So let’s say you have an ebook you just wrote and you want to introduce it for sale. You determine when you want to release it. Start setting up the emails introducing that it’s coming. Each email should still lead with value and a headline that is benefit driven (so it gets opened).

Here is an EXAMPLE of what your campaign may look like (to help you see the ‘picture’ of a campaign)

Email 1: Introduction on you, your personal story with your desire/challenge and how you may have solved/overcome it (directly relating to your own solution you will be providing your audience

Email 2: Invite feedback from your audience on their personal needs/desires/challenges and begin hinting at your book which will be solving their problem (at least in part!)

Email 3: Introduce testimonials (yours or others) which provides social proof to your audience that your solution (content with your book) works

Email 4: Start introducing people to opt-in to your early bird notification list (they get first ‘taste’ at launch and you can let them get your product 15 minutes or 1 hour before anyone else)

Email 5: Provide the benefits of your book

Email 6: Start introducing the offer and price

Email 7: Explain your guarantee (always guarantee your product)

Email 8: Introduce date of launch

Email 9: Launch (book is available today…click here now!)

Email 10: Follow up emails (thanking them, stay in contact and be sure you are still providing value)

A campaign can be 4 emails or 30. It can be done through the phone, direct mail, TV, radio, billboards or a combination of all. Start small. Try marketing an affiliate product first. Wishing you success!

    Warm regards,

    Alicia

P.S. Our upcoming training will go into MUCH more detail on campaigning so you can feel confident when you start!

  18. Ligia says:

    Hi Alicia,

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question. Yes, I need all the confidence I can get.

    God bless!

    Ligia

  19. Alicia Bausley says:

    God bless you, too, Ligia!

Alicia, thanks for sharing, I always enjoy anything you share. Not only have I learned much from you , I have been blessed by taking action on things you have suggested or promoted. Sorry I’m not able to come to your event this Oct. I already know I will miss a lot.
I would have loved to come, but the timing doesn’t work for me right now.
Hey, anyone new to all of this, , trust me.
    Alicia is the REAL deal!
I became acquainted with Alicia when she was just beginning, she has ALWAYS given out tons of value.
What Alicia suggests is worth listening to or taking action on. In her own words, pay attention :-)
