We especially recommend an evening trip to Balboa Island in Newport Beach on Sunday, which is Halloween. You have NEVER seen homes decorated and people dressed up for Halloween like this!  Seriously, we were THERE last year with Ann Sieg and we strolled around Balboa Island at about 9 pm and had so much fun!  The homes are decorated to the nines, like Christmas but SPOOKY! Once you see it, you may just make it an annual event!

    Thanks so much for this video (I haven’t looked at the first 4 yet… but absolutely will make time for them now).

    Your presentation was just what I needed: a point-by-point, step-by-step guide. I keep getting off track and you covered a lot of great points to keep me on track… especially the reminder that I have to work at my business EVERY DAY … consistency. That is my greatest challenge. With being an extreme commuter (90 miles) and being the caregiver of an elderly parent it can be challenging.

    Sharing realistic expectations in terms of how much money they will make and that they don’t have to try to make a million dollars next month. It takes the pressure off and allows us to do this in a manner that works for us and doesn’t set us up for failure.
